At The WildCard, we're more than just a food truck and catering company – we're a family affair. Founded by two sisters with roots in a bustling and food-loving household, our culinary journey stems from a deep-seated passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Drawing inspiration from our experiences cooking for our extensive family gatherings, we've honed our skills in preparing delicious meals for large crowds. Our journey began after binge-watching every episode of 'The Great Food Truck Cook Off.' Watching those passionate chefs pursue their dreams sparked a realization – 'If these people can do this, we could do it too!' That's when the dream of The WildCard was born.
